About Me

Life may bring moments
you don't understand.
But in the waiting,
the most beautiful flowers
quietly begin to bloom.
I didn’t understand my life before.
It was like a broken mirror, a fragmented mosaic,
a series of fragments that
I couldn’t make out what they meant.
But when I wrote a novel,
I was able to look at my life from afar for the first time.
It was a maze up close, but it was a map from a distance.
It was chaos, but from a distance it was an elaborate design.
The countless scenes I had experienced.
All the hurt and tears, all the misalignments, even the distorted memories—
Not a single one was wasted.
All those pieces came together,
and became one beautiful story.
Now I know.
My past was not a failure,
but a draft of salvation.
